Starting a run from the Iphone Fitbit app

Hello quick question:

If I start a run from the Fitbit Iphone app, will it connect to my Charge 6 and sync heart rate data? I would like to use the Iphone app to get cues along the run.

Nope, when starting on the phone app, Fitbit treats it as if you left the tracker home. 

You ban setup the Charge 6 to vibrate, and display these cues. Look under the run settings on the Charge 6
