Hi @sami1234, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your inquiries.
When you turn on your device’s screen, icons at the top of the clock face appear such as battery low.
The icons disappear after 3 seconds. To show them again, swipe right to check the icons at the top of quick settings.
To turn this status indicator on or off:
- On your Fitbit device, open the Settings app Display.
- Tap the switch next to Status indicators.
In regards the issue with the system unable to fetch data, i'm glad to inform that this issue has already been escalated to the concerned team. They are working to provide a resolution in a timely manner.
In order to obtain the resolution as soon as it be releaed, i recommend that you keep your Fitbit app up to date. See How do I use the Fitbit app? > How do I update the Fitbit app? for instructions. I appreciate your time in this process.
