Started today, my app and dashboard show incorrectly 5/7 hours but my Charge 6 shows the correct 7/7. I turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted app, and restarted iPhone SE3 to no avail. After reading a few other posts, I DID sync my Charge 6 today midday. That happened before with my Charge 4. If I synced early in the day it didn't hold all my full hours.

@SusieQute I find there's a slight lag between what's displayed on the App vs what's on the device. This happens with me for Sleep and Readiness Score. It's loaded on the App but after sync it doesn't show up on my Charge 6. What I do is just refresh the sync and on my app again, tap into see whether the stats updated on my Charge 6, if not, I exit back to the clock and go back to the stat. And it'll update. I would have to do this twice, once for the sleep score to show up and a second time for the readiness score.
I manually sync every morning and after, I disable Bluetooth.

It happens with my Charge 6 at least 3 times a week when the watch shows 12 of 12 and the app will show less hours.

@SusieQute I'm not sure that Support reads these threads. I think you have to send a specific feedback for them to look into either in the app or there is a feedback somewhere in this forum.
My step hours don't show on my device at all, just in app and I've given up troubleshooting it months ago. I never had it to begin with based on my experiences on Charge 5 and Charge 6. Which is kind of strange that both of the devices I've used were missing that.

I am having the same problem, it is very frustrating. I really hope they fix it soon.

I assumed it was going to get worse because when Google bought Waze, the app is almost unusable with so many errors, lags, inconsistencies, etc..
