Which Fitbit device do you have? You posted in the Ace LTE forum, which is for a child's device. When you let us know which Fitbit you have, we will move your post to the right forum. 

This process has helped users see their historical data:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app
  • Uninstall the Fitbit app from your mobile device
  • Re-install the Fitbit app 
  • Log back into the Fitbit app
