Steps counter inaccuracy

I noticed couple of issues with my charge 6

• It is counting steps when riding my bike.
• It is counting steps when massaging my head.

Is it possible to make the device avoid counting it to make it more accurate?

I'm having the same issue, can't find any way to change the configuration.

@SunsetRunner no. Fitbit never stops counting steps regardless activity you track. It's by design.

It's disappointing. Fitness bands with half the price track steps way better than this. Not sure why riding a motor bike at over 60kmph is being tracked as steps...😞

Yep .. Only way i see is switching it off when riding a bike

You may try to log "Driving" activity which used to remove steps.
