Stop Gmail emails only appearing on watch

Same as the title really.

Dont mind texts, or messages from message based apps but dont exactly find the spam emails popping up all the time helpful.

Hi, @Donkey_Hotay you can control what appears on your wrist.  Like you I am okay with getting texts and other messages on my watch, but as I get mostly junk e mails I have disabled receiving emails any emails on the Fitbit.

You need to set this in your app.  From the opening screen of the app click on the icon top left (phone and watch).  On the next screen select your Fitbit (Charge 6).  On the next screen choose “notifications”.  Find “emails” and make sure that it is set to “disabled” (click on it and toggle the button to “off”).

Be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you make any changes in the app.

Once it is set to disabled you should no longer receive any emails on your watch.
