I had no problems for a year. Last month I started having problems syncing. Nothing works except restarting the phone. The phone has no problems with my other bluetooth devices. I have to do this every day, sometimes twice a day.
The same thing happened with my Charge 5 and Charge 4 before.

Hi, @clydoz , sync issues are not unusual and often resolve themselves spontaneously without the user doing anything. Because your Charge 6 can store detailed information for at least 5 days and basic info for up to 30 days, failing to sync for a day or two would not be a problem in terms of data loss, but I know it can be very frustrating when you want to look at something on your app! Hopefully it will soon go back to syncing regularly. In the meantime, have you tried simply logging out of your Fitbit app and logging back in again? That might be quicker and less annoying than restarting your phone, and I find it works for me when I need to force a sync and my Fitbit isn’t cooperating.
Appreciate that this does not address directly your issue, but it may be a quicker work around. If you try it do be sure you know the email address associated with your Fitbit account and your password.
