Stress and mindfulness days along with the already reported historical step data not showing up on my iPhone.   Is there a fix yet?

The team is aware of the missing historical data issue and has been working on fixing the problem. So far, we haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

My goodness, how long with a fix take?   This is crazy as it has been over a month since I first notice that

I was not the only one with the same issues!!    Did a fix come out that I missed or can't find in this community chat?

Hello @WEBER1947 

Have you had a chance to uninstall then re-install the Fitbit app? This method has worked for many users to restore their historical data.

Thanks.   Once I figure out how to do that, I will try.   Clueless on techy stuff.  Will google/you tube it.

Hi @WEBER1947 

Here's what to do:

  • Log out of the Fitbit app on your phone. This step will ensure that your data is uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers
  • Uninstall the Fitbit app on your phone. You might need to look up how to do this for your phone. 
  • Go to your app store. Search for the Fitbit app and install it
  • Once the Fitbit app is installed back on your phone, open it and log back in
