Stress score

Does anyone know if the stress score on the charge 6 is better if it's high? Everything I've read online including tech reviews say the lower the better. On my app it gives there impression that a higher score is better.

Hello & welcome @jayzeezee

The Fitbit score is for Stress Management. So, a higher number means you are doing well with managing your stress.

Thanks so much for the clarification. I assumed as much, but I read a couple of reviews by tech people about the Charge 6 that said a lower number was better. I did ask Fitbit customer service and they wouldn't give me a straight answer. They actually told me to 'consult a specialist'. I would have thought the Fitbit customer service were the specialists in their own products. Anyway, thanks again!

Hi @jayzeezee

You're very welcome.

I'm a bit surprised that the tech reviews mention a lower number is better. The reviewers, at least the ones I read, are usually pretty good about understanding the features.

It doesn't surprise me too much that customer service told you to "consult a specialist". That person might have interpreted your question as borderline asking for medical advice and therefore referred you to consulting a specialist.

What's important is that you have a better understanding of the Fitbit Stress Management score. Higher is better! 😊
