Struggling to sign into the app?

I'm struggling to sign into the app and customer care is useless apparently. Has anybody struggled with this too? Any advice except for deleting and reinstalling because I have tried that.

Hi @hulanpo1.  The Fitbit Status Board doesn't show any current issues.
