Hey all,
Just picked up a Charge 6 (first time fitbit/health band user), the quick-start instructions tell me to charge to 100% before using and setting up. The interface has been displaying that its currently charging and at 99% charge for probably 30+ minutes now, just wondering if anybody else has had this issue? Is it just a display problem or some sort of battery deficiency?

That's normal. It normally takes about an hour to move past that point.

I also have been having an issue with the brand new charge 6 that I got for Christmas. I have charged it twice now and only got to 99%. I left it on the charger for well over the 2 hour mark and still only got to 99%! What should I do about this?

I am having the same problem,my device is stuck on 99%.I have downloaded the app. also signed in using google account, the devices flashes download fitbit app.

Apparently an issue & apparently not resolved. Mine has been doing the same every time I charge it now. It has currently been on the charger for 3 hours and still at 99%.
