Suddenly not giving activity credits anymore

Suddenly (last few days) my Charge 6 is not longer recording my activity levels (Zone minutes). It does record steps and metrics and does give me cardio load points but only only occasionally gives me any activity zone minutes. Brisk walk , no zone minutes but 6 cardio load points. I mean What the heck? 

I clean the back of the tracker daily, restart it, try different tightness on the wrist strap and different positions.

It used to work pretty well but no longer. It is only a few months old. This is my 2nd Fitbit that has gone wonky.

By any chance, are you also having issue with heart tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? That's the optical heart rate sensor. If you're not seeing the green light, check in the Settings tile on your Charge 6 to confirm that Heart rate is turned on.
