Switched from Luxe to Charge 6

Hello, I am a Fitbit owner for 2 years, and I just switched from Luxe to Charge 6. My questions are:

A: Are the bands changeable?

B: Why is it a little heavier on my wrist than the Luxe?

Now, for context I had mine delivered from the USA to the Philippines, which is my country where I live in.

Anyways, if you would answer I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Charge 6 & Charge 5 Accessories 

Though only weighing a little less than 3 grams more compared to the Luxe, Charge 6 has a different form factor which might be the reason why the default Infinity Band does feel a little bit stiffer.
