Switching from Inspire to Charge 6, don't want to lose historical data

ANSWERED

Hello,

I'm about to switch from an Inspire 2 to Charge 6. My understanding is that my phone app will still save/allow me to view all my Inspire 2 data even after I switch. But given the new Google account 'thing', and the removal of the desktop/dashboard access, I'm concerned that my Inspire history (24 hr heart rate graphs in particular) will be lost.  Has anyone switched devices recently and confirmed that the phone app will preserve all previous data?

@FredMom when you change devices, all your data is still saved. You will still find all your old and new data in the Fitbit app. It doesn't matter which Fitbit you use. All your data goes to the same place.
