Sync FROM Strava TO Fitbit not working, even if opposite direction works fine

Have been trying for a week to get activities captured on Strava to sync to Fitbit and read all posts I could find on this forum for tips, but nothing flows through. Sync setup done according to all the instructions, and sync does actually flow as expected FROM Fitbit to Strava, so e.g. a GPS tracked run on Fitbit shows up nicely and quickly on Strava. But a bicycle ride - in real life as well as indoor cycling on e.g. Rouvy - never flows through to Fitbit. I understand it won't come through with GPS data and HR data, but there's NO impact what so ever to even cardio load, active minutes or Kcal burned.

Any ideas what could be the issue?

To add detail, below first screen shot the highlight is what I expect (but not experiencing). Second screen shot shows the integration is set up as needed - and it does flow from Fitbit to Strava, but not the impact to e.g. Active Minutes going from Strava to Fitbit.

Any ideas, especially from anyone who actually got it working?

OK, I tested and reconfigured some more, and now in principle data flows through, but I might as well not even bother, because it's useles...

First - to get it to work, I in addition triggered data transfer from Garmin Connect to Strava - so in Strava now data comes in twice for the same activity, both from the virtual cycling app directly (Rouvy) and from a Garmin device (Edge 530) through Garmin Connect to Strava, provided that I also uses the Garmin 530 to track same activity that Rouvy is already tracking using a Wahoo Kickr smart trainer. Confusing already, right?

So for some reason, Fitbit only picks up the data in Strava when it comes from Garmin Connect / Garmin device but not when it comes from Rouvy. Or, it could be that Strava is responsible for only sharing that data out, I can't say for sure. But that already creates that issue of having duplicate data in Strava for same activity.

But then what ACTUALLY comes into Fitbit is really ridicuolus. So in first screen shot below is the actual effort as seen in Strava. A quick short cycling effort, importantly it's about 24min of real effort with average HR of 143 (so almost all the minutes would be considered Active Minutes in Fitbit), it should be a pretty good cardio load, and it's 401cal burned. However below second screen shot below is how the cycling effort shows up in Fitbit. Instead of the tracked 401cal, 29cal is the impact within Fitbit???? And for cardio load, it explicitly is stated as having 0 as effort (third screen shot). And there's NO impact at all shown for active minutes either. So 0 and 0 for cardio load and active minutes, and about 5% of the actual calories...

This is worthless and you might as well not even state there's an integration from Strava to Fitbit.

Anyone tried to use this type of sync and seeing the same? Or having success getting REAL data to flow?
