Hi All,
Like many I have been frustrated by intermittent synching issues. Bit of a long story....I purchased a budget Motorola phone in Dec 2023. From the start WiFi was unreliable at home but at that point Bluetooth wasn't an issue as I never really used it. I got a Garmin for Christmas but found synching incredibly unreliable/frustrating so swapped it out for a Charge 6. Synching was still patchy but somewhat better though. All this time I was dealing with Motorola tech support (excellent by the way) about the WiFi and we concluded that the phone needed a new motherboard, something to do with remembering the MAC code. Anyway, it's been a week now and my Charge 6 is now synching like a dream, new data there as soon as I open the app, seconds after I get back from a run! I can't believe it and really hope it's permanent but it might be worth looking into if you are having issues. Just thought I'd share as I know this is a big issue for many.
