Terrible customer service

I've called customer service 3 times and only get people working from a script, the same script each time. I've had the Charge 6 for 11 days and it has only given me sleep stages three time. I finally asked if there was anyone at the company with actual technical expertise that wasn't just guessing and asking me the exact same questions. Otoniel said said he would escalate the case and someone would call me in two hours. It has now been over 20 hours and no call. It is not uncommon for the frontline customer service people to only deal with the simplest problems, but after hours on the phone with 3 different people this is crazy. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can access a real technical person that can logically troubleshoot the problem I'm having and not someone guessing from a script?
