The Charge 6 is my 3rd Fitbit. Since receiving it I have had nothing but problems. Very unhappy

Since receiving it despite spending hours reading up and following instructions, even printed the manual I am getting no notifications of messages, whatsapps, telephone calls and facetime calls.  More annoying I am not been advised I've got 10 mins to build up my steps, can see what time slots I've succeeded in until I've achieved the full 250 steps for the hour.  I have been unwell and would have returned it before now as so disappointed.  A definite downgrade from my Versa 2 which I loved but wanted a smaller less noticeable watch.  How do it got about getting this sorted please?

MEANT CAN'T SEE WHAT TIMES SLOTS I'VE SUCCEEDED IN ..
