Why does the application not support Arabic? Despite the existence of previous comments that they have been responding to Arabic for years, there is no respect for Arabs or the customer, despite them paying money for that. Please add the language and do not underestimate Arabs.

Hello @Nora121 and welcome to the Community. I asked a moderator to help you. Fitbit's Help article says that Arabic support was added to many devices. This happened months before the Charge 6 was released.

Could you please confirm if you checked your location in the Time Zone area?
You have to turn off the option to automatically detect your country, then to choose the proper time zone, and then to sync your device.

There are no Arab countries among the options.. even when running the site, and there is no option for the Arabic language. I do not know why you are discussing this with me, and I am sure of the matter. You can check in the application if you can find a solution to the problem.

Regarding the method you wrote... regarding the time zone, yes, it shows me Saudi Arabia... but it is of no use in changing the language of the application.

I'm really sorry to hear that the recommended method, explained here: How do I change the language on my Fitbit device? doesn't work for you in order to change the language to Arabic.
This is definitely not the experience we want for our customers, and I really understand your feelings about this situation.
I suggest you to contact support, since they have more tools in order to find your options. Please follow the link.
