The bar on the side of my Fitbit is stuck down. I’ve not been able to get it to move. Therefore my Fitbit is useless! I’m very dissatisfied because I’ve only had it about 6 months! For the price of this device I don’t believe it should have a problem like this. When I went to bed it was working fine… when I got up this morning this problem existed! It is completely dead, the bar does not move and I want to throw it against the wall.
this is not my first Fitbit I have had one from the very first kind offered and I have always sworn by them! I hope you can help me or I will need to find another option!
