Today suddenly my fitbit start to show the wrong time.
My time zone is Bangkok GMT+7:00 but the watch show the UTC time.(7 hours slower from my time zone)
I've try change to other location with GMT+7:00 in the setting but it still show the UTC time.
Meanwhile, I've tried Tokyo GMT+9:00 the time is shown correctly. (2 hours faster than my time zone)
Is there any way to fix this or is this somekind of bug?

Not true for folks in Singapore...we are +8 GMT but my Charge 6 is GMT (I.e. 8 hours behind). And oh, it is also not displaying my sleeping hours or score from last night, showing "_ _" and "no score", but my phone could... I only got my Charge 6 in Feb 2024. Do Fitbits break down so fast?

Same issue. Time in Sg is 2026h. But my fitbit decided to go back in time to 1226h. Tried troubleshooting on so many ways. But unable to get the time to show correctly.

Same here (I'm in Chile). Changing time zone manually works for some time zones but not others, that all revert to GMT. Tried restarting, restarting phone, setting location and time zone to automatic and back... nothing seems to help.

Same problem here. It's really weird: setting a timezone manually works as long as the other timezone is far away. As soon as it gets within 2-3 hours within my own (Indian) time zone, it starts showing UTC time. Tried restarting phone and watch, resetting and repairing the watch, deleting the app cache, changing the phone time zone... All to no effect

Same problem of wrong displayed time happened half an hour ago. Tried everything including restarting the tracker and the app and even my phone still didn't help. Seems like a worldwide problem in view of the other posted replies above.

Now, That's the last option,Even Resetting the Fitbit Charge 6 didn't help at all.
I swear,I won't ever buy Fitbit products again. This issue came in new Fitbit Verse watch too, Thankfully it was in the return period,So returned it. This one is old now,No one can help. Customer care executive will just ask us to restart or re set the device and then,No help
