@Jerseymum   If your Charge 6 is on your account, tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of your app, then on your Charge 6 tile.  Tap on Gallery to find the option to change clock faces.

I think some of the Help directions are worded awkwardly.  Most of the time, we are looking at are dashboards, so we are on our Today page.  But if you are on the Coach or You sections, you need to tap on Today to get to the right starting page.

Hello @Jerseymum and welcome to the Community.  I apologize if I misunderstood your issue.  If you are seeing your Fitbit data, then your Today app is open.  Are you trying to add your Charge 6 to your account?  If so, tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of your app, then the Add more devices near the bottom of the screen.  Follow the steps to add your Charge 6.

If this doesn't help, can you ask your question a different way?
