Total calories burned and calories out discrepancy

I am new to fitbit and trying to understand the calorie deficit. It recommends I eat 1610 calories a day.

Yesterday I ate 1968 calories, since my total calorie burn was 2700. However, my calories in vs calories out chart showed my calories out at 2342 and fitbit said I ate 150 too many calories.

I set up my food plan to have a 500 calorie deficit. I don't understand the math here. If I subtracted my calories eaten from my calories burned my deficit is 700+ calories. Why is fitbit saying I was 150 over budget?
