I bought the fitbit charge 6 as a gift for my partner and there was a sale for a discounted premium account with a 2 year warranty plan. I bought that along with the fitbit thinking since its a gift that it would be easy to transfer. Now she can't even use the premium account. I feel cheated.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the premium account transfer on the Charge 6.
The situation with this, is that the premium subscription had to be purchased with the account were it would be used, if the purchase was processed in your account, this is why the premium won't be available in her account.
