Bonmae1154,
I absolutely agree! I was on the phone for 30 minutes to Christian from 'customer service'. He was very nice but said the issue had been escalated to the Tech Team. I'm still awaiting any response. I asked him where he was based and he said Guadalajara. OK... That's not exactly a UK help centre then!!
I completely agree.that Fitbit are.selling these as a new product knowing there is a major glitch with one of the most important features. My wife bought me the Charge 6 as a present specifically for the AF monitor as I've previously had it.. If I knew this was such an issue I'd have suggested another make!

I wouldn't bother. I have disposed afib, I can feel it happening several times a day but my Fitbit hasn't picked it up once.

Sorry, that should be diagnosed, not disposed. It's the middle of the night, I'm being kept awake by my palpitations which Fitbit is not picking up!

Hi @Nacnic The set up instructions specifically say that this feature is NOT for people who have been diagnosed with Afib.
