Two Charge 6 are recording high heart rate randomly

I'm laid here in bed reading and my hr is absoloutely not 212bpm I can feel my pulse.

One charge 6 was bought new from argos in April, and the other one new from argos in July because I wanted a 2nd opinion on the high heart rate. And now they're just both doing it randomly. Is there some sort of glitch in these charge 6's? I'll have to send them back. Does anyone know how I do that?
