Two months in, Charge 6 already becoming a disappointment

I have had my Charge 6 for two months. Fitbit hasn't played well with the app, Health Connect,  I need to connect with my Dexcom CGM, even though when I installed the Fitbit app Health Connect was the app Fitbit recommended. Steps are not tracking, no stress management score, subtracting calories. I have done all of the fixes. The Charge 5 nightmare seems to be repeating itself.  IN TWO MONTHS.  I do not believe it is the device, I believe it is the app.

Hello @Dawn2007 I'm not sure what all help we can be.

Fitbit Stress Management stopped working on February 26, 2025

As for Dexcom, I'm not sure if this page will help, I also found a You Tube video

Instructions for Health Connect may be found here

Thanks for the links but none were helpful. Everything was working fine until mid February. The same time the stress score quit working, the data to/from Health Connect started being incorrect or not transferring.

The stress management program looks like a problem on the back end affecting everyone. Please check out this thread and see “best reply” and report to Fitbit. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Third-day-in-a-row-with-no-stress-management-score-from-...

Thanks, I did before I wrote my post.  I just added other issues that started about the same time.  No help with the best answer.
