Hi everyone.
I’m having trouble accessing the ECG feature on my Fitbit Charge 6. Every time I try to follow the instructions on the device and tap the "Open" button, the Fitbit app on my phone opens a new screen with the "Get Started" button for ECG. However, after I tap "Get Started," the app immediately goes to a blank screen and gets stuck there.
I’ve already tried updating the device firmware and reinstalling the ECG app, but neither of those solutions worked. The issue persists no matter how many times I try.

There is currently an issue on the Fitbit side that affects the ECG feature.
Please see this thread on this topic (<-- click link), where the Moderator has asked for additional information that will be forwarded to the team doing the investigation. You may want to post/follow this thread as the Moderator will likely post updates there.

Adding to the thread mentioned by our friend RiekoC , we are following up this issue on this main thread ECG Tile Shows Blank Screen on Fitbit app.
If only the ECG tile is missing then I suggest you to keep an eye open to another main thread where we will be posting the updates.
Our team is aware of this and is working on a solution.
In the meantime, try turning your phone off and on again. We have noticed that this has helped other users.

Thank you so much for the update, @JuanFitbit . Greatly appreciate that you popped in to do this.
BTW, I restarted my phone as you suggested and I can see the ECG tile again on the You tab. 👍
