My son is 15 + and removed him from Google family supervision but still Fitbit app is not allowing to add charge 6 , it shows only kids devices
I Have verified date of birth , it shows 2010
and uninstalled and re-installed app
we are using his Google login for login

and I removed him from google family share, restarted the phone, re-logged in to the Fitbit app, still app only shows kids devices

I hope you were finally able to set up the Charge 6 for your son. From what I read, it takes at least a day, if not longer, from the time you remove the child from Family Link before they can set up an "adult" Fitbit device.

No, have been in touch with both Google family support and Fitbit support but none helped. Still have issues with the Fitbit app , not able to see device for adults.
thinking of changing his date of birth to see if it can help.

Sorry to see that you're still having problems with setting up your son's Charge 6 and that Support wasn't able to help.
Changing his birth year might work. If you do that, give it at least 24-48 hours for the change to go through the system.
Just to confirm, you removed your son from Family Link and he's no longer a supervised account.

and even after 2 weeks, still have same issue.
changed date of birth, then got email from google to upgrade the account without supervision, done that 4 days ago and still unable to add device.
reached out to Fitbit support, the guy was more interested in giving lame excuse that let me escalate the issue to Fitbit team and someone will contact.
hopeless. thinking to return the device now.

That doesn't make any sense why you can't set up the Charge 6 for your son.
