I can't change the watch faces. It keeps saying there is no Internet connection, but there is.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation that you're not able to change the clock face of your Charge 6,I understand how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you.
I thank you for checking the internet connection, I recommend you to restart your Charge 6 and check if it's updated it to the last firmware version. Also, make sure your Fitbit app is updated too:
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap your profile picture or the "Today" tab to go to your account.
- Scroll down to find available updates or search for the Fitbit app and tap Update if available.

App is up to date. Firmware is not reporting update available. Current firmwarw version is 66.200001.214.24
I still get the message that there is no internet when looking for faces os apps.

It is not working with a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, Android Version 15, One UI Version 7.0, and the last Android security patch level installed on August 1, 2025. This phone also has AdGuard Base filter, Tracking Protection filter, Social Media filter, Filter unblocking search ads and self-promotion, Mobile Ads filter, Safari filter (all of them by AdGuard.)
It works on the Galaxy S23 FE, with the same Android Version, UI Version, and the same last Android security patch. It is a company-managed device, so I don't have much more information about it. I couldn't see any special software.
My question is about directions to look for other things that could be affecting it.
