Unable to change time for reminders to move

I have a fitbit charge 6 running 4.48 build and I cannot change the time for the reminders to move. It's default to 7am to 7pm and when i change it, it doesn't stick, it's just always set to 7a-7p. I saw in another post that this was supposed to be fixed in the 4.45 build, but it's not working on mine that's running 4.48

Hello @letterladyz

Just to let you know, you posted in the Charge 6 product help forum. Here's the link to the Inspire 3 product help forum (<-- click).

What troubleshooting have you tried so far, if any?

I replied to a post there because that's where I finally found somebody with the same issue, instead of starting a new post.

So far, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting my fitbit to the app, force quitting the app, and restarting my phone.

Hello @letterladyz

It's recommended to post in the product help forum for your device rather than by issue. That way, other users of the same device can chime in and provide help.

One of the suggested troubleshooting steps that worked for some users to change their hourly goal schedule is to uninstall, then re-install the Fitbit app on your phone. That said, I have seen other users report that this didn't work for them. Still, it's worth a try.

  • Log out of the Fitbit app on your phone
  • Uninstall the app
  • Restart your phone
  • Re-install the app
  • Log back into the Fitbit app

Same issue - been trying to fix for weeks.   Is it a IOS/Google compatibility issue?  Do I need to purchase something more compatible with Apple?

Tried, didn't work for me either.  Thanks, though......

@imnotimpressed    I use an iPhone, too.  Are you trying to change your hours by tapping on your Hourly activity tile?  Then the gear icon in the upper right?  That path has been broken for some time — notice that the page is the old style.  Please try this path.  Tap on the You icon in the lower left of your Fitbit app, then Activity in the Goals section.  Change it there.

@RiekoC   Your post is a few months old.  I want to point out that this is an app feature and it doesn’t matter what device you use.  Your phone platform is the key here.  Especially since Fitbit/Google treats the platforms differently.

Thanks for your reply.  When I click on Goals - See All, I get a message saying Something went wrong - Unable to load your goals. I've powered off both the phone and the Fitbit but neither helps.  I can change the Days under the Reminders to Move, but the start and end times are greyed out.

@imnotimpressed   I saw other posts in the iOS forum about the Goals issue months ago.  I thought it was solved.  Please try deleting, then reinstalling the Fitbit app.  If that doesn’t work, please contact Support  for more help.
