Unable to charge my Charge 6

I just purchased a Fitbit 6 and have not been able to get it to charge.   I have read the recommendations in the Fitbit manual but to no avail.

That is definitely not normal behavior. Since you already tried the recommended troubleshooting steps, you should return the device to place that you got it for a replacement. You can also contact Fitbit support (<-- click link) about your warranty options.
