Cardio load is appearing on my charge 6, but I am unable to set it up. I get the first 2 screens in setup without difficulty but get an error on the third and have to exit. On the today screen of the App it shows cardio load but always says it’s calibrating. I do get a score most days, just don’t get a target range. Any idea when this will be fixed?

It's march 20th. I ipdated software and still zero cardio load when spinning on a bike. I can walk, do chores, shows up immediately. And, I am manually entering the exercise. This is so frustrating. What do I do now?

Im also having this problem on my iPhone with my Charge 6 though it used to work fine. Seems that this problem has been going on a long time. When can we expect a fix?

This has been happening to me for some time now. I’ve just updated the app again and still no joy!

I managed to fix mine by deleting the app on my phone (after it had been synchronised) and then reinstalling it.

David - Respectfully, the problem is not in the heart rate reading. Dozens of people are reporting that the feature works for some sports, but does NOT in others, like spinning.
If you look at my screenshots in the thread below, you will see I never lose the heart rate signal (even though it occasionally gets it wrong).
We all understand that a wrist watch will occassionally miss things during exercise, so I can see why the load might be a little off, but a load of 0 or 1 for a 30 or 40 minute ride? Not even close.
Cheers,
Tom

Hello David .
I have recently 2 days back switched to Charge 6 from Charge 5..
Had Charge 6 used previously by my husband that I using now by my login and data export etc
I work out extensively. With previous Charge 5 my cardio loads were relevant to the strength training and spinning etc intensities, but with the new Charge 6 switch my cardio load is 0 to 10 max..😶 in past 2 days
My software is updated already 2 days back
Need to understand what can be done so that the cardio load is reflected correctly.
