Unable to set up ECG on Charge 6

Hi for some reason I can't activate the ECG on the Charge 6. Everytime I try to login with my Google account I get a white screen and it keeps on happening.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation you have when trying to set up ECG on your Charge 6.

I recommend you to follow these steps, please:

1. Restart your Charge 6
2. With your Fitbit device nearby, from the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon your device.
3. Tap Gallery Apps tab.
4. In the list of apps, tap ECG Install.
