Thanks for letting me know about this situation about installing the EGC app on your Charge 6.

I was able to confirm you contacted support already, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.

No! It’s not, application has been installed on iPhone but after taking the ecg on Fitbit this error message coming on iPhone app and not showing any report 

useless Fitbit
