I’m writing this because I’m genuinely disappointed.
About 5–6 months ago, I started a topic regarding a syncing issue with my Fitbit, but it still shows as "Replies are not permitted" and the issue remains unsolved. I’ve also noticed that similar posts from others seem to be in the same state, locked and unresolved.
Here’s my original post for reference:

I've realized my charger 6 counts and measures the distance covered however in my fitbit profile distance covered doesn't update.
Yesterday I screenshot to make sure and step count is updated but no change in the distance. Checking from the app I see that I covered over 1600km but it's stuck at 1069.92 in the fitbit profile page.
Do you have any suggestions to fix this?

I was contacted by support and followed all their instructions through 3–4 rounds of emails, but they couldn’t fix the issue. Eventually, they told me the Fitbit profile page would soon be removed anyway and that was the end of the conversation.
Basically, instead of fixing the issue, their “solution” is to remove access to the data. Like… if we can’t see it, it’s not a problem?
What really annoyed me was when they asked for screenshots from different days to prove the issue. I sent them two different screenshots — and the person reviewing them literally couldn’t see the difference. They thought I sent the same image twice. I mean, come on… if they can’t even spot that, how are they supposed to solve anything? And there’s no time limit to reply an email. Someone took a look and thought the screenshots were the same, that's it, no proper control (I really hope they didn’t check more than once, if so it would be even worse).
I know this is not a huge technical issue, but we’re paying for the app and Premium. At the very least, we should get proper support, not just get shut out and ignored.
Anyway, just had to vent a little after checking my Fitbit today; I did a 30k+ step walk and covered over 20k in distance, and still saw no badges… even though my total distance is around 3,100 km!
