Update from Fitbit 2 to a Charge 6 - stair climb not backward compatible.

Updated from my Fitbit 2 to a Charge 6. Unadvised Stair Climbing dropped -  my lengthy comparative product internet seach did not readily disclose the Altitude hardware was deleted - backward compatabilty is key to keep customers. Customer service advised that I could return it but this is a very dificult and time comsuming process. How do consumers contact Google so that non-notification of feature drop is not good for their business?

Hi @tameshrew the Charge 4 was the last of the series to have an altimeter. The current features are listed in the information on the store's site (click to see) and it is mentioned in the forums for those who check out things prior to purchasing.
