Voicemails deleting from iPhone on Charge 6

I’ve had my Charge 6 2 + weeks. The Voicemails from my iPhone were signaled on Fitbit and up until today remained on iPhone so I could listen to them. Unfortunately, today, they vanished from phone and even from call-in VM line and yet still show on my Charge 6 as having come in (unanswered). The actual calls aren’t showing up as missed on iPhone either.
