Walks appear in Fitbit app and later disappear

My walks for the last 4-5 days are first appearing in the Fitbit app with all details including map, only to be gone the next day. My walks are autodetected. I've been tracking my results for months and only now are they disappearing from the app. I'm not aware of any changes that I've made myself. Charge 6 and Android. Everything UpToDate.

Please, try to follow these steps:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.

I did the reset above and it didn’t fix the issue. The map displayed right after my walk and then poof 💨 it disappeared. The walk chart if there just not today’s map. My other maps are still there and display. This is a sporadic problem. Help!
