Wallet disappeared from the App- charge6

Hi everyone,

After the last update of the Fitbit app on Apple, the Wallet disappeared from the app. I can still see it on my charge6, but I can't add nor remove the cards from the wallet. Did this happen to someone else, too?

I have the same issue with App version 4.52 on iOS 18.7.

Have you reached out to support or have an explanation why?

Hi,

Yes I did. I’m waiting for an answer. They escalated to the higher level
department. I suggest to call them, the more we are the better is. They are
necessary nice at the phone.

I am now experiencing the same trouble in Japan. I could not find Google Pay on my Fitbit application on IOS. I hope they would take necessary steps once the weekend is over.

This is devastating. I love my little Fitbit Charge 6 and loved the ability to pay for things with my watch but now I can’t use it anymore. Why would they go backwards like this. I don’t want to have to buy an Apple Watch. It’s so annoying that they offer a product with all these features and then start to take them away.

Received the response below at Fitbit Community in Japan, seemingly from Fitbit Japan: We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by Google Wallet not appearing within the Fitbit app. As you mentioned in your post, we have received numerous reports of this issue and our US team is currently working to resolve it. We kindly ask that you keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version and wait for future updates. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
