Hey everyone,
I just got in the mail today a Fitbit Charge 6 yesterday in the mail.
As you do, charge the tracker and when it's at 100% connect and setup the watch. Only issue is, I cannot seem to install the ECG app and the SpO2 app. I keep getting the "Cannot connect to device" warning. I've reset the phone and watch. Factory reset the watch reinstall the app. Pretty much did everything I could find online in what to do. I'm pulling what's left of my hair out in frustration.
Is there anyway to get the watch to do as it's told without the app? Or am I hamstrung?
I feel like I've thrown out $$$ at the wall for nothing.
