Watch does not turn on and seems not charging

Hello,

My Charge 6 is off, and the only way to turn it back on is by placing it on its charging dock. As soon as I put it on the charger, it restarts, and as soon as I remove it, it turns off. The charge percentage seems unclear; it varies from one attempt to another. It can show 1%, 76%, or 100%. I suspect that my watch is no longer charging properly. I have tried restarting it manually and resetting it, but nothing works.

Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a defective device. Please contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.
