Watch faces and Apps won't load

I got a new charge 6 yesterday, and have successfully synced to my Samsung S25 and set everything up. However when i click on Watch Faces or Apps in the fitbit app, i just get the loading wheel symbol, and nothing happens.

I've tried turning off DNS, Trend micro, pop-ups in my browsers, and restarting the device, deleting cache and force stopping the app. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but still nothing. 

Am i missing something??

Same - just got off the p hone with support - they have no answers other than it's an issue and we are workiung on it - my wife's loads no problem - but mine just spins for an eternity.  Frustrating - especially since the god awful face the watch comes with!

Thanks for your advice. Yes I've checked both are updated, and also loaded the latest update on my phone, and it still won't work.

Hi,

Everything up to date to latest version; problem not solved. The strange thing is that my girlfriend started today with the Charge 6 and has exactly the same phone and on her phone it works. 
Seems like an app problem and hopefully an update is coming asap.

Checked and all up to date. Still cannot get "Watch faces" or "Apps" to work within the app.

Im having the exact same issue got the Fitbit charge 6 a few days ago and cannot get the faces or apps to work but on iPhone

I have had the same issue on my iPhonePro since purchasing my FitBit Charge 6 a week ago. I have tried all the work arounds as suggested here and a few others, to no avail.  So frustrating.  I've even tried pairing/syncing to an older iPhone, but still had the same issue with these two items not loading.  I set my FitBit up using my Goggle Account, should I be setting up and signing into FitBit itself?

Hi,

My girlfriend got the FB one day after me last week, also signed up with a Google account and everything works so that is not the problem. All Fitbit accounts are migrated to Google accounts BTW. Too bad, but not a solution. Waiting for an app update I think.
