Hi @Krudy, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with the issue you are experiencing with your Charge 6 that is not responding. Thank yo for your feedback about our customer service.

SpO2 and Stairs are the only stats that are missing? Note that if some health metrics are missing, the reason might be because the device couldn't collect some related data. See our help article How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? > Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?

In regards the floor couting, your Charge 6 has an altimeter sensor that detects when you go up in elevation. It registers 1 floor when you climb about 10 feet or 3 meters. It uses changes in barometric pressure combined with the steps you take to calculate floors climbed. It won’t count floors on stationary exercise equipment, such as a StairMaster or treadmill, or when you go down a flight of steps.

If you don't see floors at all or you can't access to any icon, see if a restart fixes the issue. To do so:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

Hello @Krudy

Just to let you know, the Charge 6 (and 5) don't have an altimeter. That's why you don't see floors being tracked.

You mention you lost icons. What icons are missing? Are these in the Fitbit app or on your Charge 6?
