Okay so I have a fitbit versa and I swim with it every day without problems. Last night around the 1.6km mark my watch turned off and then went crazy so obviously there is water damage now nothing works. My watch is insured and I'm just wandering, with all fitbits problems with Google etc, is it worth it to get a new one or to move over to Garmin.

Hey, @haung38 Welcome to the community.
Thanks for explaining your situation in regards to the functionality of your Charge 6.
Could you complete these steps please? They must be completed in the order they are listed here and perhaps you have already completed some, thank you for doing it again:
- In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, tap your Fitbit device, and then tap 'Sync Now'. This will help you sync your Versa 3.
- Do a reboot by performing the steps listed in this article, be sure to check the procedure for Versa 3.
- After this, change the clock face. In the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture, then the image of your Fitbit device, tap gallery and clock tab and then tap the clock face, preferably one from Fitbit, and Install.
Let me know how it goes after completing these steps.

Hello @Fit86
By any chance, did you enable the Water lock feature before going into the pool? If so, I noticed that it requires very firm tapping to disable Water lock.
The first time I tried turning on Water lock, I thought I had broken my device because the screen wouldn't turn on when I tapped on it. I had to tap really hard to turn off the Water lock.
