We have charged the Fitbit and charged the phone. I have deleted all the other charge trackers on the blue tooth. I have deleted the app on the phone and then reinstalled. We have not moved to google yet from fitbit. when we try to do that, the error message is that we are still logged into Fitbit. We went back into fitbit and then logged out. the error message is still saying that the email address we are trying to use is associated with another fitbit account. This is all for my husband's tracker and I am logged into the community with my email and password.
Can anyone help us with the fitbit log in to google or should we try again to log into Fitbit and just change the tracker. Or is there a number I can call for support? I have literally spent 6 hours trying to do this.
Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity

Hi @msmothe It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Allow me to help you with the migration of your Fitbit account to a Google account.
Once a Fitbit account is migrated to a Google account, there's no possibility to add another Fitbit account. So if you are about to perform the migration process, ensure you are entering an email address that has not been migrated yet.
If the Fitbit account is already migrated, then try to access to your Fitbit account clicking on "continue with Google" using your Google credentials:
On the other hand, you can just log into Fitbit and set up your device since support of Fitbit accounts will continue until at least 2025. After that, a Google Account will be required to use Fitbit.
Or if you prefer you can contact technical support.
I hope you'll be able to get back on track !

My phone will not let me set up a new Charge 6 without migrating to google. I have less that zero interest in having my Fitbit associated with my Google account, which is strictly a business account. Should I just return it and find another tracker?

What if we don’t want to move our account, because we use the Google account only for business?

You can always open a personal Google account.
By the end of next year a Google login will be required for all fitbit users.
