@Bichel   Fitbit"s Help Center now has an article on Cardio Load.  Obviously, some screens got leaked in advance.  This feature is only available on the Pixel Watch 3.

Update: Fitbit made Cardio Load free to all users, but this was the correct answer when posted.

Hello @Bichel and welcome to the Community.  Other users are seeing this, too.  Fitbit mentions cardio load in this post, but there are no details.  It isn't mentioned in any Help articles.  I think we need to wait for a better, more complete announcement.

Hi @Bichel , I too have recently noticed this and wondered what it is! My value is also zero so maybe it's not fully up and running yet. Will await further information!

Best wishes!

Hello @Bichel , @Goldsgirl , @LZeeW

The Quantified Scientist YouTube channel has a video about the upcoming Pixel Watch 3 (<-- click link) which has a short explanation of the new Cardio Load feature. It looks like our Readiness score will be changing, too.

Thanks @RiekoC , looks like we'll have a new metric to aim for! Interesting to see another device reviewed in depth and amazing how smart the higher end devices are. Comforting though that my Charge 6 does pretty much what I need it to without all the bells and whistles ☺️

Thanks for this update! I'm still happily just fitness tracking on my
Charge 6. Perhaps in a year or so they will share the new metric down the
line:)

Can anyone tell me why I see active zone minutes (heart rate reading) is high in the morning sometimes on the app? I have a charge 6.
