What is the recommended USB charger output to use for Fitbit Charger 6?

I just did a quick Google Search that says that the recommended output is 5 volts. Whether or not that's true, I have no idea.

@sspkash charger output doesn't matter as the output responds to what the device asks for. You can easily charge USB devices even with laptop high-power USB-C chargers. They will supply voltage and wattage accepted by a device that's being charged.

This is partially true. USB chargers are all fixed at 5 Volts output, but their maximum current output varies. A new smartphone will charge very slowly if you use an old charger, and very much slower if you plug it into the USB port on a computer to charge it. Chargers will never supply more current than their maximum output value.
As to the original question - I don't know, but as a Charge 6 has a tiny battery and takes over an hour to charge, it probably doesn't matter if you use an old charger with it. It will most likely charge at the same rate.
