Hi there,
The Whatsapp notifications don't work on my new Charge 6. On my old Charge 5 it was still working.
In the settings I can set notifications for other apps but not Whatsapp.
Please let me know how to fix that.
Thank you in advance!

Hi, @Katja555 , are you saying that you are not seeing an option to set up WhatsApp notifications or that it doesn’t work?
There are two places you can set up WhatsApp. You need first to choose your default messages app - the options are messages (which is the older SMS protocol) or WhatsApp. I choose WhatsApp and that works well for me. The secondary place is in “App notifications”. It will be greyed out if you have set WhatsApp as your primary messaging service. If you have set Messages as your primary service then it should be able for you to select.
You must be sure to sync your Fitbit whenever you have made any changes in the app. Your Fitbit and your app will also need to maintain connection with each other in order for messages reliably to appear. If you get a message on the opening screen of the app asking you to link your Charge 6 for reliably syncing make sure you follow the on screen instructions to link and pair (which must be done in the Fitbit app and not in the Bluetooth settings on your phone). If you are having trouble linking and pairing you may need to give your Charge 6 a restart
