When I buy a new tracker, why don’t I get free 6 months premium?

I bought a Charge 6 last year and I was still on free premium. Then it got lost, and I buy a new Charge 6. For this new one, I don’t see the new 6 months Premium add to my account. Is it normal?

When you lost your Charge 6, did you cancel your Premium subscription? If not, then that could be the reason why you're not seeing the option for the 6 months Premium subscription.

Please contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call. Hopefully, they will be able to help you get this straightened out.
